activity 9

How do you reuse, recycle and reduce waste at your home?
we use plastic bag from the stores in the bathroom so they don't get throw away without being
useful we reuse the the paper when I'm drawing I erease or turn arround the paper so I don't
have to use another one and I reduce the use of paper.
and we recycle aluminum cans by giving it to stores or other places.
What could you do to improve your conservation efforts?
I can start recycling paper, glass, matal etc
and reduce the use of water, paper, cans ect
Do you think one person can make a difference when it comes to conservation?
yes because he can make other people do it or if he do it by himself he is saving lots
of trees and other natural reources

activity 8

act 8 renowable and norenowable

the natural resorces in texas is water, coal silver gold, biomass(tha's all i know, i find this information on google)
I mI think we should reused, recycle thing that we had use like paper , plastic . In my school they recycle paper by recycle bin ake this picture by paint hope you like it :)

activity 7

What is tides?

The tides is daily changes in the height of water along coast.tides on earth are mostly caused by the gravity of moon. at high tides the oceans is pulled toward land, the beach becomes a narrow strip of sand, at low tides ,the oceans is pulled away from the beach is much wider. have you never been to the oceans?if you have probably noticed thant t he water is low during part of the day and high during another part of the day.these changes in the water level of the oceans are called tides

activity 6

the relationship between the earth , moon and sun :earth moves around sun,and the moon moves around earth.this movement cause day and night and also the season.earth rotates on an axis, an axis is an imaginary lines, when the earth rotates on an axis through something, earth rotates once on its axis every 24hours. one day is equal to one complete turn of earth on its axis.

activity 5

Tornados

when air masses mix, big storms can occur.Tornadoes are caused when two air masses meet and form twisting clouds. the wind in a tornado can be faster than 300 miles (480km) per hour.A tornado can rip buildins.when a tornado is happening you have to be save because the tornados can be really dangerus.

activity 4

What is the atmosphe? the layer of air that surrouds earth.

What is it made of? earth's is made of air.

What are the different layers of the atmosphere?Exosphere(300km to more than 600 km)

  • Many satellites orbit here.

  • Air pressure is lowest here.

Temperature goes up as altitude increases.

Thermosphere(90 km to 300 km)

  • Shimmering curtains of light called auroras happen here.

  • Air pressure is lower than mesosphere

  • Temperature goes up altitude increases.

Mesosphere(50 km to 90km )

  • Meteors, or "shooting stars" burn up here

  • Air pressure is lower than stratosphere

  • Temperature goes down as altitude increases. This is the coldest layer of the atmosphere

Stratosphere(16km to 50km)

  • Jets cruise near the bottom of this layer

  • Air pressure is lower than troposphere

  • Temperature goes up as altitude increases

Troposphere (0km to 16km)

  • All weather happens here

  • Air pressure is highest in this layer

  • Temperature goes down as altitude increasesthe

Why is it important for us to take care of our precious atmosphere?

the atmosphere is important for two main reason.it is the air that you breathe so,no

What is water cycle? water moves around earth in a constant cycle. in the atmosphere,

clouds are made of tiny drops of water of pieces of ice.precipitation from clouds

falls on the land and into river, lakes and ocean

can you make your onw diagram of the water cycle

what is so intersting about the water cycle?

activity 2

What is weathering ? the process of big broken a part by wind, water.

What is erosion? the process of moving rock form place to place.

What is deposition? the process of building up the surface of earth by putting down rock.

Where have you observed erosion, weathering, and deposition.

I see the erosion in the volcanoes.

weathering is the wearing away of rock, for example, water in a river makes rocks
bang against each other, breaking pieces off.

where have you observed ersion weathering and deposition? eathering the rocks down the water and stop because is sand so the deposition goes into the river the rocks so in the sand stop and the erosion the rocks moves form place to place.

activity rocks

rock cycle the way rocks change and become different rocks.

the most important of the rocks cycle is the change to rocks happen in a recurring.

the important to I stude is the three main types of rocks are related to one another and how changes to rocks happen in a recuring sequence .

Igneous rocks is made for magma granite, lava rocks, obsidian and pumice.

sedementeri rocks is made for marble, slate, schist, gneiss.
